Old Richardson Place is a historic, industrial event space and airbnb in downtown Glasgow, KY. Formerly known as the Richardson Hardware building, this three-story venue was originally built in the early 1900’s. The property was purchased in 2018, and construction quickly began transforming the space – all while keeping the original integrity of the building intact.

We are a venue that is deeply rooted in our community, faith, and values. Our goal is to inspire hope for every guest and use our space to foster a sense of true hospitality.
About us
Husband and wife duo, Tim & Dana Gooden, purchased the Richardson Hardware building in 2018. Both life-long natives of Glasgow, KY, the couple saw huge potential in renovating a space that had been a special landmark in their town. Their goal is to serve their community with an industrial, elegant place to create lasting memories.
Tim & Dana have been married for 40 years, and love to spend time with their 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
